The six bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with five king size bedrooms and one bedroom set up with two Twin beds that have the option of 2 more additional twin trundle beds. All bedrooms have either en-suite bathrooms or a hallway bath which provides ample privacy.
The 2nd bedroom suite located on the 2nd floor features its own private bathroom and is also connected to the upstairs game room/tv room with its own butlers kitchen (fridge and decorative popcorn machine) as well as a balcony where you can relax, play games or watch the stars at night.
The Villa can fit up to 14 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower,  dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 12 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi or on the sun ledge, or just watching the boat pass by. There is a  paver deck area behind the house, which is great for hanging out or canal fishing.
