Key West Seavilla with XXL pool area in a prime location of Cape Coral

Built in 2014 .Located  in southwest Cape Coral, next to a lake. The Gulf access by boat is simple and quick, as you get without a lock in the Gulf.
This exceptional villa is a mix of styles between Key West – Long Iceland  – bright and cheerful.
Home was set up according to the teachings of Feng Shui.
The villa can be occupied by a maximum of 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Exclusive thing is that the house has 2 large master suites, each with large master bath. In addition, a guest bedroom with separate bathroom.

The living area with kitchen, dining and living room is spacious, open and bright. A connected, separate room serves as a small Office .

The entire house is fully air conditioned and can optionally also be heated by the plant.

On the giant, by a screen (as in Florida usual) protected terrace is a great “Endless” pool with negative edge, which means that a water overflow is in the direction of the lake,which acts as if the pool the lake together. Here you can experience the most beautiful sunsets – every night different and impressive. There is also a spa (hot tub) and a sunbathing area in the water. The water in the entire pool is kept free from bacteria by a novel method. The water is added a very skin–friendly and eye-salt, which naturallykeeps the pool clean (no irritated eyes, no salty taste, no skin irritation and no faded clothes).

The pool / spa is electrically heated.

There are two large master suites and a guest bedroom. In all of our rooms you will found  a duvet (thicker related ceiling), a large blanket (blanket) and also belongs sheets(thin sheets summer) facilities of the bed so that you can choose the right thing for all temperatures. Of course, you can also find in each bedroom spare bedding. In each of the two master suites, there is a flat screen TV, well located in each of the two master baths, a spacious walk-in closet, and a safe. The guest bedroom has a large closet
