This Cottage has just completed a major renovation and is ready for rental. It has all new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, private heated pool, 2 decks and much more! It is only a short 1 minute stroll over to the beach and there are no busy roads to cross at all. It is also a very short 1-2 minute walk over to shopping, grocery store and restaurants.
The best part of all just be the tremendous panoramic Gulf water views you get from the roof top balcony. You would be challenged to find a more beautiful location to enjoy cocktails in the evening while watching the famous sland sunset! There are multiple places to get sun, either the over-sized primary roof top deck or lounging around by the private heated pool.

There are 5 bedrooms. The first floor offers a Master bedroom with a King bed and one bedroom with a Full bed. The second floor has one Queen, one King and one room has (2) sets of Twin bunk beds.
